3rd leg of the Conwy Mountain Challenge. Started off in 2nd place overall with others chasing hard behind. Calves and toes were locked in cramps though so I was fighting a losing battle. It was damage limitation time. Dropped down to 3rd just after the steep climb and held on towards the end to finish 3rd overall.
